Regular and intensive training, while taking part in competitions or events, conditioning and training camps, also as part of affiliation to sports clubs, associations and organizations, regardless of the fact of earning income from the sport.
Who actively participate in higher risk activities.
Active participation in extreme sports, in example sports practiced for the purpose of achieving maximum impressions, which are:
- air sports (gliding, ballooning, parachuting, hang gliding, paragliding, power hang gliding, kitesurfing and all kinds of their variations, as well as practicing any disciplines related to any movement in the airspace),
- combat and defence sports,
- jumping on the rubber rope, jumping, BASE jumping, parkour,
- mountain, rock and ice climbing, climbing requiring the use of safety or belaying equipment, speleology, rafting (and all kinds of its variations), mountain canoeing,
- motor sports (except for amateur riding on quads and scooters),
- sea sailing, motorboat sports (except for amatuer motor-boating),
- mountain biking, downhill, as well as participating in expeditions to extreme climatic or natural conditions places such as; desert, glacier or snow terrain requiring the use of safety or belaying equipment,
- diving deeper than 18 meters, wreck diving, cave diving and ice diving.
